  Called and asked if they had an M&P Bodyguard with no thumb safety. They put me on hold, and then told me that Smith doesn't make them without thumb safeties. This is incorrect, and this information is easily found on Smith and Wesson's website. In fact, I own one and was looking to purchase a second.

  JEFF FALSLY THREATENED ME WITH THE ATF!!!! I had good service at the gun show but awful awful service from Jeff at the store! I purchased 2 silencers and waited on tax stamps for over a year (nothing to do with them) they notified me they were in but their shop is a little over an hour away from me so I didn't rush over and get them. I received a voicemail from Jeff (I still have it saved) telling me the ATF was in the store and they were zeroing in on me apparently for a past arrest record. I found this quite odd since I've never been arrested! I promptly called him back. He says oh I have no idea about any of that but when are you coming to pick up your silencers? Note, I had only received one call prior about picking them up, it's not like they have been trying for months to get ahold of me! I was furious! A simple call like I got the following day from another employee asking when I could pick them up would have been enough! I went the following weekend to pick them up. It was on a Sunday when they were closed but I called ahead and Jeff said he would let me in, so my family were the only people in the store besides Jeff. While waiting on him to complete the paperwork I found a H&K VP9 I liked. They charge 4% if you use a card and my order was was a bit of money so I made a deal with him if I bought the H&K as well he would waive the 4% card charge. While calculating up my order he wrote down a charge I didn't recognize for $67. While running my card I asked what it was for, his reply was "oh thats our credit card fee". When confronted on why he was breaking our deal and trying to slip the charge in he claimed he must of miss understood. Which is a bold face like because our agreement was very clear and made no more than 5 min before! I refused to buy the H&K or ever spend money there again! I will NEVER shop there again! I went to Grab A Gun in Coppell who has a way better selection and WAY better prices. Could of saved $250 on my silencer! I did save $50 on the H&K VP9!
