    HORRIBLE customer service (and yes we called and filed an official complaint with Uhaul corporate.) We normally rent a Uhaul trailer in Forney (which has excellent customer service). Well today they didn't have one in stock. However, they located AND reserved one for us at this Sunnyvale location. So my husband goes to pick it up. And like he normally does, he PARKED near the trailers AND walked in to finish up the paperwork... Well lo and behold before he could even get in the door he found out that the idiot working the desk called the police talking about he tried to steal the uhual!!! He tried to calmly and politely explain that he already had a reservation in the system and was just parking close to make it easier to hook up after he finished the paperwork... hence why he parked... Umm and he didn't even try to touch the trailers! He literally parked, got out of his car and walked into the store.
    AND on top of calling the police she was extremely rude and disrespectful!!!

    Like this person should be fired as well as arrested for calling the police for no reason, calling in a false claim and wasting tax dollars! And let's not forget the defamation of character!
